- Sorry, but I haven't kept the site up lately. I was very busy
with law school (which didn't work out) and, subsequently Wooden Badger
ran into funding problems for the CD. Well, things are looking up
and we should resume work on the CD very soon. All the recording
is finished, we just have mixing and production to do. I'm hoping
to get this out by Summer. We'll see. The rest of the news
will be coming on the Site update.

- I'm all healed up from my motorcycle accident with just a little pt
to go, so I laid down the last guitar track and we're ready to move on.

- We're very excited and honored to be part of the Tsunami Projekt.
Wooden Badger contributed the song Episode of Fact, which is the first cut
on the second CD of the Tsunami Projekt. The first pressing has
already sold out, but you can pre-order your copy for the next press.

EP Sold Out!
- Sorry, but if you didn't get your copy of Wooden Badger's debut 30
minute CD, you're out of luck. Also, for those who do have
it, you will have the only copy of Paul Adrian Villarreal playing
keyboards on Hourglass Allegretto. Satoru rerecorded the keys for
the album (which is awesome!).

Motorcycle Accident Delays
Completion of Wooden Badger's First Album.
- Tenacious Lee crashed his Harley-Davidson V-Rod and smashed his left
hand, delaying the final recording for Wooden Badger's new album.
Slamming into a cement guard rail at an undisclosed speed, Lee was scraped
off the bike, sustaining injuries to his left hand, arm and ankle.
Don't worry, he'll be fine after some R&R. Send him some love at

Satoru Takagi Returns to Japan.
- I guess we couldn't keep him forever on a student visa. Satoru has
returned to his native Japan. He's looking forward to returning to the
United States as soon as he is able. We MISS HIM!!! Write him
and tell him to get his ass back here!

Paul Gets Married!
Yep, sorry ladies, Paul Adrian Villarreal married his long-time
girlfriend Sara in August. That leaves Satoru the only single guy in
the band. Although Yukiko, Satoru's girlfriend, would surely say that
Satoru is no more available than the rest of the band.
